These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Handror’s platform and services. By creating an account, booking, or using any feature, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable policies referenced here.
Handror is a services marketplace connecting customers with independent providers. Bookings, payments, cancellations, dispute processes, and remedies are defined below. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Definitions

“Handror”The platform, app, website, and related services operated by Handror.

“Customer”An individual or entity booking services via Handror.

“Provider”An independent contractor or business delivering services booked through Handror.

“Service”Any task performed by a Provider (e.g., cleaning, handyman, repairs).

“Booking”A confirmed appointment including scope, schedule, and pricing method.

“Policies”All documents referenced in these Terms, including Refund and Returns, Privacy, Safety, and Support policies.
2. Platform Role and Relationship
Marketplace model
Handror facilitates discovery, scheduling, communication, and payment. Providers are independent; no employment, partnership, or agency relationship is created by these Terms.
No guarantee of outcomes
We strive for quality but do not guarantee specific results, durations, or availability.
Third-party services
Payments, identity verification, mapping, messaging, and analytics may be provided by third parties under their own terms.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
Age and authority
You must be legally capable to contract. Business users warrant authority to bind the organization.
Accurate information
Provide true, current information and keep it updated.
Security
Keep credentials confidential. You’re responsible for activity under your account; notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Prohibited use
No fraud, abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with the platform.
4. Bookings and Changes
Scope confirmation
Booking details define the scope. Add-ons or changes require explicit approval in-app.
Access and readiness
You must ensure safe access, utilities, parking, permits (if needed), and decision-maker availability.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Fees may apply. Cash refunds are not issued.
Delays and interruptions
Provider delays may lead to rebooking options; customer-caused delays may be billable.
5. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
Pricing methods
Fixed-price or time-and-materials, as displayed before confirmation.
Authorization
You authorize charges for booked services, approved changes, tips, fees, and applicable taxes.
Finality
Completed and approved charges are final and non-refundable, per policy.
Taxes
Prices may exclude taxes; you’re responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Refunds, Credits, and Remedies
No cash refunds
Handror provides services; refunds are not provided once booked or delivered.
Resolution-first
Remedies may include rework, within-scope adjustments, or non-cash service credits when warranted.
Disputes
Submit via in-app support with evidence within the resolution window.
7. Provider Standards and Conduct
Vetting and monitoring
Providers undergo checks and ongoing performance reviews.
Independence
Providers supply tools, set availability, and determine methods consistent with safety and law.
Prohibited conduct
No harassment, discrimination, unsafe practices, or unlawful activity.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate descriptions
Share clear scope, photos, and constraints.
Safe environment
Maintain safe, lawful premises with secure pets and working utilities.
Compliance
Obtain required permissions/permits where applicable.
9. Safety and Access
Onsite safety
If unsafe conditions exist, providers may pause or stop work. Visit/minimum fees may apply.
Emergencies
Use in-app prompts for urgent issues; contact local authorities when necessary.
10. Content and Communications
User content
Reviews, messages, photos you submit must be lawful and accurate. You grant Handror a non-exclusive license to use content for service and quality purposes.
Prohibited content
No spam, defamation, hate speech, illegal content, or IP infringement.
11. Intellectual Property
Ownership
The platform, trademarks, and content are owned by Handror or licensors.
License
We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the platform per these Terms.
12. Privacy
Data handling
Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, and sharing. By using the platform, you consent to processing as described.
Communications
You agree to receive service-related communications via app, email, SMS, or calls.
13. Ratings and Reviews
Fair use
Provide honest, experience-based feedback. We may moderate for policy or legal violations.
Impact
Ratings affect provider visibility and quality programs.
14. Warranties and Disclaimers
“As-is”
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
No implied warranties
We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.
Service outcomes
Time estimates and outcomes can vary due to on-site conditions.
15. Limitation of Liability
Indirect damages
Handror is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
Cap
To the extent permitted by law, total liability for claims related to the platform or services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the disputed booking or a specified nominal cap defined by policy. Cash refunds are not provided.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Handror, its affiliates, and personnel from claims arising out of your misuse, violation of these Terms, illegal acts, or content you submit.
17. Termination and Suspension
By you
You may stop using the platform or request account closure.
By us
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud, safety risks, non-payment, or legal requirements.
Effect
Terms that by nature survive termination (payments due, IP, limitations, dispute terms) remain in effect.
18. Dispute Resolution
Internal resolution
Contact support first with evidence for rework/credit evaluation.
Governing law and venue
The governing law and venue will be specified based on your region of use, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Formal process
If applicable in your region, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration and waiver of class actions, as stated in your local addendum.
19. Changes to Terms
Updates
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
20. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement
These Terms plus referenced Policies form the entire agreement.
Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
No waiver
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without consent. We may assign as part of restructuring or sale.
